HJN Series Energy-Saving 3phase Asynchronous Motor

Introduction
HJN series of energy-saving type three phase asynchronous motor (frame size H80-400, output 0.55kW-630kW) is of high efficiency motor, designed on the basis of Y2 series motor as per the energy-saving requirement both at home and abroad. Based on the good experience on Europe efficiencyⅠand the National Energy Efficiency Standard, and combined experience of the long-term exporting of Y2 motors and NEMA motors, we design the special energy saving motors, the products are in possession of competition. HJN series 3-phase asynchronous motor adopts international generally-used degree of protection IP55 or IP54, insulation class (insulation class F, but with temperature rise B). It features high starting torque, low noise, more rational structure, and new and beautiful appearance. The basic cooling method is IC411.

The performance and mounting dimensions meet Standard IEC60034, DIN42673, GB755 and relevant professional technical standards. As our company has been certified ISO9001 international quality system, the complete process from ordering, development, manufacturing, inspection, sales, and service are controlled as per the requirement of ISO9001 quality system.

The production is designed based on supply 50HZ (60HZ on request), 380V (400V, 500V, 550V on request), connection of this series is delta (D) connection, the operation environment: ambient temperature not exceeding 40℃，altitude not exceeding 1000m above sea level. For special environmental condition, please specify when ordering. Duty rating of this series of motor is continuous duty rating (S1).

The series motors are the general using three-phase asynchronous motors, which are applicable to drive varies types of universal machines, such as compressors, fan and ventilator, pumps and crushers and other mechanical equipment, and can also used in petroleum, Chemical industry, medicine, mine and other severe environment as prime mover.
